Terms and Conditions

Read the terms and conditions of your booking.  Any questions please contact us before making the payment. 

 ACCOMMODATION

To ensure your reservation should payment of it, once it is confirmed by our staff.  A Link sent him so that you make the payment within a period of 72 hours, if the period expires without payment, your reservation is cancelled. 

 Cancellations:

To cancel your reservation after being confirmed and once made the payment

Stay full, you can do this more later than 7 days before your arrival to the hotel.  

1-The amount of the first night of all bookings will not be returned

 2- Not there are refunds for early departures. 

3- No refunds for bookings that include the days December 24 and 31 December. 

 POLICIES for children

 From 0 to 2 years old: FREE OF CHARGE
Minors 2 to 11.99 years
Sharing room with 1 adult, adult pays simple room and the lowest is Free
Sharing room with 2 adults pay 50% in the adult plan (maximum 1 child)
2 children with 1 adult pay double room and 1 minor is free
2 children alone in a room pay simple room price

Max 3 Paxs for rooms

 EVENTS (reservations for rooms, food, and others):

In these cases you will receive a service contract, detailing the services received by the hotel and the politics of payments, under the terms outlined below. 

 For events from 10 to 50 people

Must make their reservation with no less than one month in advance.  To ensure your event you should make a payment of 20% of the total of the invoice at the time that your application is confirmed. 

 • 15 days before your event, must make the payment of 50% of the total of the invoice

 • 30% remaining should be done 3 days prior to the activity. 

 Cancellations:

To cancel the event, will have to do it 15 days in advance without penalty. 

 In case of failure to do so in those terms, will penalize you follows:

 • With 14 days earlier: discount of 10% of the payment made. 

 • 3 days before: discount of 15% of the payment made. 

 • With less than 2 days with the discount of 20% of the payment made.  

 For events of more than 50 up to 100 people. 

 You must make your reservation with no less than three months in advance.  To ensure your event you should make a payment of 30% of the total of the invoice at the time that your application is confirmed. 

 • 1 month before your event, must make the payment of 50% of the total invoice

 • 20% remaining should be done 3 days prior to the activity. 

 Cancellations

To cancel the event, will have to do it a month in advance without penalty. 

 In case of failure to do so in those terms, will penalize you follows:

 • With 20 days before: discount of 10% of the payment made. 

 • 10 days before: 20% of the payment made. 

 • With less than 2 days with the discount of 30% of the payment made

 For events over 100 up to onwards

Must make their reservation with no less than four months in advance.  To ensure your event you should make a payment of 30% of the total of the invoice at the time that your application is confirmed. 

 • 45 days before your event, must make payment of 60% of the total of the invoice

 • Remaining 10% should be done 3 days prior to the activity. 

 Cancellations

To cancel the event, will have to do it 15 days in advance without penalty. 

 In case of failure to do so in those terms, will penalize you follows:

 • With 1 month earlier: discount of 10% of the payment made. 

 • 20 days before: discount of 15% of the payment made. 

 • With less than 10 days, the discount of 20% of the payment made.
